Oksana VEBER

Oksana Veber was born on March 31, 1967, in Altaj region, Barnaul, Russia. She graduated from Briansk Art College in 1986, and continued her studies at Kiev Academy of Fine Arts, which she finished in 1989. Also, she graduated in psychology from “MAYP” - an Academy at the International Center of Modern Education, Kiev, Ukraine. She is a member of the Ukrainian Association of Commercial Artists. Oksana lives and works in London, UK.
